Are the problems in peoples diets to do with fat or should they be looking closer to the sugar dangers? Today we are always being told that the problem in our diet is fat and cholesterol. It is rarely mentioned that sugar is the problem food that we need to eliminate. However fat is a vital part of our diets that not only keeps us alive but also keeps us healthy. Sugar causes so any problems in the body that it can be classed as a poison.
